We’re looking for a select group of high horsepower cars that are willing to destroy a set of tires in our Hoon-Off competition at DriftCon Afterdark! This competition is open to ALL makes and models of cars. For the Solo Competition we are looking for the top 5 single cars with around 300 horsepower or more. The Team Competition (teams of 2) is only open to drifters with over 300 horsepower or special vehicles approved by our staff.

Want to put on the best show possible with another driver and vehicle? Enter to win the Team Hoon-Off Competition. The top 3 teams will receive special trophies and bragging rights. Teams are expected to coordinate and come up with a plan prior to their show.

HOON-OFF RULES
Pre-registered high horsepower cars will have 1 round between 30 seconds and 1 minute to put on a show and destroy a set of tires in front of the grandstands. Each competitor will be timed but will NOT be allowed to stay in one spot on the track (this isn’t a traditional burnout competition).
- Car must be RWD/AWD
- Car must make at least 300HP
- Competitor must be at least 18 years of age
The top three winners will be determined by a judge of our choosing.
