HERE WE GO! Matt Rusiecki is the 10th driver that will be competing in the Warfare on the 5/8 competition at Afterdark.

Matt @matt_rusiecki earned his Formula Drift PROSPEC license in 2025 and has been a judge of our first three rounds of the NW Drift Series. Fresh off a Top 16 finish in Las Vegas last weekend, Matt is making the trip down from Canada to finish off the DriftCon season in hopes of walking away with a big check. We're looking forward to seeing how his Pro car does on the big bank compared to last year.

On October 3, 14 drivers will qualify into a Top 8 bracket and battle each other for a first place prize of $4000 in the Warfare on the 5/8 Presented by @hondaofseattle @toyotaofseattle! Get Early Access tickets while they're still available and watch these drivers qualify before the main event. Tickets available using the link in our bio.

@sturdys.speed.shop had a perfect day of results at round 3 of DriftCon, qualifying first place and then winning the event! After a day like that, we wanted to check in with Jonah to see how he’s feeling heading into the season finale with Afterdark coming up on October 3rd.

He might be feeling the usual pre-competition jitters, but we have a feeling that his right foot will be confidently flat to the floor on multiple layouts 💨

Grab your tickets now for DriftCon Afterdark happening THIS SATURDAY at Evergreen Speedway.
